At Marias Nails, we want you to receive your beautiful press-on nails as quickly as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

• Ready-to-Ship Collections: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Custom Designs: Please allow 3-5 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Free on orders over $50)
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($12.99)
• Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days ($19.99)

All orders include tracking information that will be sent to your email once your package has been shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location and may be subject to customs delays that are beyond our control. Additional customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Marias Nails purchase. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on press-on nails that have been opened, tried on, or used.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Send an email to hello@mariasnails.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged/defective product

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Shipping costs for returns of damaged or defective items will be covered by Marias Nails.

Sizing Issues

We recommend using our sizing guide before placing an order to ensure the best fit. If you've received the wrong size due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the production phase, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
